Terms and Conditions

After you place the order, you agree to production with your own design. The chosen material, design, colour(s), size, image and text. The order is taken into production immediately. You are responsible for any language and/or spelling mistakes you make in your order. Always check before placing your order. You are responsible for ensuring that the surface to which you stick the sticker is suitable for the material. You stick the sticker according to the instructions. Should you wish to change anything, this is only possible if you send us an e-mail within 1 hour of placing your order. Then we can still adjust the order and send you the modified design for approval. After 1 hour, this is no longer possible.

Orders cannot be cancelled. After your order, you enter into a purchase agreement with payment obligations. You can find out more about rights and obligations at the Rijksoverheid website.

Exception customisation we supply:

Products you buy through this online shop are custom-made according to the specification you entered. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. This makes the sale final after successful payment.

Products are all made to your size which you indicate with the specifications of, for example, your name, text or house number and chosen shape and material which makes it fall under customisation.

SHIPPING
We charge fixed costs of € 4.99 for each order in the Netherlands for shipping. Other countries other shipping costs are maintained. If your parcel is presented and it is damaged on the outside do not accept it.

COMPLAINTS
All our products are produced, packaged and shipped by ourselves. Naturally, we do this with the greatest care so that you get the most beautiful end result. However, if you have a question or complaint about something, please let us know. You can e-mail us and we will reply within 3 working days. If it concerns a product, please enclose photos of it in your e-mail.

WARRANTY
We work with high-quality products with a long service life. All products have a 3-5 year warranty. Our inks have a 3-5-year guarantee. The lifespan depends on the product, application and maintenance. It also depends on how it is used.

PRIVACY
Privacy is highlighted separately on our site. If you wish to report anything to us about this, please send us an e-mail. Your data will not be used by third parties or commercial e-mails.

CANCELLATION/RETURN/REFUND POLICY

• Make sure you order the right type of film in the correct size and shape with the correct design and text. If you have any questions just send us an WhatsApp or email.
• After placing your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled after 1 hour of placing the order.
• EU. As we only make bespoke/custom/personalised products, you cannot return your order or receive a refund,in accordance with EU law.
• UK.  No it is not possible to return our products, or receive a refund. As they are custom/bespoke products that are cut-to-shape/cut-to-size/custom-printed to the exact specifications of the customer. In accordance with UK law.
• PayPal refunds/returns do not apply to our custom made products. PayPal buyer protection policy does not cover purchases of custom made items LINK PDF (section 3.2).
